They were very efficient and personable when dealing with my claim. One thing to note is they will do their absolute best to find a like-for-like replacement rather than paying a claim in cash. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022

Helpful and fair insurers

I didn't put a claim in for my vandalised bike, which needed complete replacement because I thought my insurance had expired but it hadn't. By the time I realised, I was outside the claim window but YJ paid up anyway! No fuss or hassle, just good honest insurance. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022

Fair, compassionate, responsive and efficient

The website is easy to navigate and the content and products are comprehensive for riders of all levels. The staff were highly responsive before taking out my policy and when making my claim. The company highly compassionate when my bike was stolen, fast at processing my claim and payment. When I needed to make a claim for the first time due to theft of my e-bike, Yellow Jersey were very helpful with my claim. Also, shout-out to Kien Dang - my claims specialist, he made the process very easy and straightforward, with detailed emails explaining exactly what I had to. He helped me with all the information that I needed and answered all of my questions very quickly and efficiently! Excellent customer service!! Will definitely be using Yellow Jersey again in the future, and will definitely be recommending this company to all of my friends and family members. Exceptional work! They processed my claim quite efficiently, they try to match the same bike you had stolen if possible, I appreciated them replacing my sold secure locks as they had been cut when my ebikes were stolen. So far so good, keep up the good job. I can’t complain about timings - they seem to have a small claims team but they follow up within a reasonable timeframe. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022
