I can’t comment on customer service as I have never had an issue with them that I’ve had to raise. But there easy to get set up with, easy to use and everything is crystal clear in terms of fee’s and such. If I’m due to go overdrawn due to interest they alert me well in advance so I can ensure I make a payment to keep me in the clear.
