Cash bank plus customer service with a difference

I’ve had a CPB card for a few months and it’s all been a smooth and simple process. Never had a problem using the card. They let you use cash if you need it. I phoned customer service a few times and this was different to usual card experiences. I didn’t have to go on a chat and speak to a robot. They answered every time and were polite and efficient and gave me the information I needed. Like I said simple to use and different. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Quick, easy and simple to use

I found it very straightforward and easy to apply, I had an immediate answer, plus if your not sure if your credit score will be good enough, their search won't have a negative effect even if your unlucky the first time. I find their phone app easy to use and simple to navigate around and if it's easy for me anyone can do it. I'm very satisfied with cashplus and I wouldn't have any problem recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
