Really really bad!

Really really bad! How a bank can be so unorganised & lacking in customer care these days is beyond shocking. Terrible non existent customer care, they’re either like robots with stick answers that aren’t relevant to the query or they just ignore you! , I have 2 bank accounts (Santander & Nationwide) that I’ve never had any problem with in over 30 years. Ok bank

I wish I'd done it sooner.

I have always dealt with cash but I applied for a cashplus card reluctantly and I wish I had done it years ago. It is easy to use, safe, reliable and easy to top up. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
