Cash Plus - The Bank With Untold Frustrations To Customers

This Bank should be totally banned or barred from operating. They are the biggest scam around. Holding on to peoples money for months and causing serious distresses to businesses. Very unprofessional, dodgy and insensitive. The financial services should strongly review whatever licences they hold. My partner is on the verge of suicide for their actions!!! Date of experience: 10 October 2022 They have held up to our money since July 2022. Asking for documents and the documents are sent, one time they say they have received and another time they tell you they haven’t received anything. No bank in my entire life has ever done this. This bank is the most unprofessional bank in business

Froze my account asked for information that I provided then asked for more that was provided no one will speak to you other than customer services now I have found out that they have emptied my account and telling me instead of over a £10,000 positive balance that there is not a penny in the account how can this be no one can explain this is fraud and am taking this further Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022

Do not recommend

Cashplus used to be quite good but recently I now pay a monthly fee of £4.95, a yearly overdraft fee, a fee for a new card and after so many ATM withdrawals they charge. I’be now got 2 accounts with high street banks and in the process of moving my salary etc over as their is too many associated charges with Cashplus compared to established banks.
