Slow

We have been without a car for four weeks. You give out all thw modern technology on tracking your car status but it as been stuck on in progress for weeks. Reviewed on: 14th December 2022

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES

We paid for our car insurance, another driver went into us, the other partys insurance has been trying to get hold of zenith, but they just ignore them and don't want to pay out, now the insurance company are taking us to court to pay the bill. They are just scamming people out of money and should not be able to continue to be a business. I will take this as far as I can as we cannot afford to pay the bill from the other insurers. Scammers!!!!

F.... SCAM!!!! Avoid at all cost I had an accident with the other driver fault and this scammers didn't want to cover cost of repairs!!! Now they sending debt collection agency to me W.T.F.!?!?!? I made a claim in the court and they don't respond but I DON'T LEAVE IT LIKE THAT UNDERSTAND!?!?!?!? YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BILL!!!! Reviewed on: 3rd November 2021

They just want your money.

Called to cancel auto renew car insurance with weeks to spare. They still took the money and "have no record of previous conversation". Refused to refund me just told to contact the bank. Would not recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 28th April 2020

Keep getting my no claims wrong!
