Banking app is very easy to use.

Banking app is very easy to use. Instance response to questions via chat on the app. Very easy to move money between diffetent banks via the ZOPA app by linking your accounts from different banks. Zopa will not allow a single ISA transfer.

Tried to transfer one of my ISA's to another provider, spent over 50 minutes in an online chat being passed from one advisor to another only to receive the answer that it wasn't possible. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
