The automated ISA Transfer process is exemplary. Took just a few minutes online (on my phone) and the transfer was actioned in days. No physical paperwork, no stamp, no delays - done and dusted without a fuss. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Lightning fast ISA transfer

I initiated an ISA transfer to ZOPA via the app. No further admin, no mailing, the ISA matured on 27 July and was in my ZOPA account by 31 July. Exemplary service! Not only good rates but earning them in mere days rather than weeks. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 1st August 2024

Easy access, good rates, good experience!

Easy access, good rates, good experience! Have had a really good experience with Zopa's ISAs, allows me to save at good interest rates whilst still having easy access to my money when needed! The pots are great too for organising my finances :) Only downside is that when I switched banks I couldn't access my funds for a day or so whilst it switched - but it all got sorted in the end! The most flexible ISA I have ever used.

Zopa's smart ISA has been nothing short of excellent for me. Deposits and withdrawals are handled almost immediately. Your interest rates are not affected by the amount of withdrawals you make. You can link multiple bank accounts to make deposits and withdrawals, something you cannot do with some competitors products like Chip's Cash ISA (Limited to linking only one account). Overall, I recommend Zopa to everyone. Registration process is very straightforward and quick / easy to complete. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Easy to use and great customer service

Easy to use and great customer service when I have needed it. Smart ISA has fab interest rates too. I looked to change to a different savings account with slightly better interest but it was a faff so I stuck with Zopa! Reviewed on: 19th April 2024

High rates but let down

I chose Zopa because they offered very competitive rates, however the ISA has numerous restrictions. Whilst I probably could have found these restrictions, they were not clearly documented and are fairly basic. Zopa does not allow ISA transfers in from Stocks and Shares ISA's and they do not allow partial transfers out of the ISA. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Competitive flexible Smart ISA.

I recently opened a Smart ISA account, as it was one of the few banks offering a flexible ISA with a competitive rate of interest! It was very quick and easy to open, and the app is very intuitive. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024
