Competitive savings rates generally.

There appears to be no secure messaging in the app. This makes messaging messy. The products can be competitive but as with all interest rates they are dropping. The app could be more logical, especially as far as paying to external accounts is concerned. Overall, a good experience. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Extarordinary Services

Since I started with ZOPA, I have found not only a bank, but a way of getting my savings rewarded, in very unique and fantastic way. As far as my knowledge goes, no other bank offered better. I have requested support several times and all sorted immediately. Support in several areas like regain mobile access to my account, loans, Credit Card management...
