Most banks are only good at one or two things....

Cashback on bills, competitive interest rates, customer service, app features / ease of use... but Zopa excel all round. Good rates on cashback (no monthly selections or crazy caveats - all automated) some of the best interest rates for current and savings accounts and their customer service has always been exceptional (Ive been a customer since before they were a bank). Well worth opening.

Easy to open current account, app is excellent so I know exactly where I am. It gives notifications when a direct debit is due to be paid so if I need to ensure enough money is in the account it’s easy to transfer between accounts or request funds from another bank account held elsewhere.
