Most banks are only good at one or two things....

Cashback on bills, competitive interest rates, customer service, app features / ease of use... but Zopa excel all round. Good rates on cashback (no monthly selections or crazy caveats - all automated) some of the best interest rates for current and savings accounts and their customer service has always been exceptional (Ive been a customer since before they were a bank).
