So far good customer service

Joined Zopa at the middle of last year and I have had no issue. When I had issues with my bank card - they sorted out the problem instantly and sent me a replacement. I like the set up of the app. And the higher interest rate on their regular saver is amazing. My initial impressions have been exceeded. I’m unsure if the benefits will be repeated for regular customers - it would be a shame if they are not. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

I found it very easy to move my money around.
