It's not a proper Bank. It's not a proper Bank. It doesn't show your Biscuit Current account when you log into their website. The transaction dates do not match at times. Reviewed on: 21st February 2026

Steady meaningful improvements

The bank has made steady improvements to its service and has expanded its product portfolio with several genuinely useful additions, offering a strong alternative to high street banking. The app has also seen improvements; however, there is still room for development, as it can sometimes be slow to reflect account balances when transfers are made in or out. Lastly, while Zopa offers three support solutions for customers with loans who are struggling to make repayments, these are not particularly helpful in practice. What is really needed are payment holidays. This is where Zopa falls short in my opinion, and the institution should offer more meaningful support to customers who have loans with them.
