This is very good and honest service. Very clear explanations, calculated my repayments on the site, so I knew my responsibilities and rights before the actual application. Convenient and easy

I took out a zopa loan and then found my circumstances changed within days when I found out I was pregnant with twins. I was able to make changes to my loan situation and find a deal to suit my changing needs and ensure I could get the larger car that my expanding family needed without additional stress and upset. I can make flexible additional payments which helps me to plan ahead and minimise the interest paid when I find additional room in budget. I would and have recommended Zopa to friends. Good Ethical Borrowing

My experience with Zopa has been fantastic, The whole process was transparent and easy to understand. I noticed after applying that my own bank then offered me a loan on a lower interest rate but stuck with Zopa as there are no early repayment charges and the whole process seems fair plus the company has good ethics.
