My car loan

I can't believe how easy & painless it was. The last time I had a personal loan from a high street bank, they needed a guarantor and references, endless amounts of paperwork. When the loan was approved it was sent as a cheque. I was half expecting my Zopa loan to be the same so when it wasn't I was completely blown away...very very smooth, would totally recommend!! Great customer service at zopa

Everyone in the customer service department were always more than willing to help you in the most efficient way possible. I was never left on hold for outrageous amounts of time and I love it that all of the call centres are UK based. This loan really helped kickstart my business & my personal financial situation to 'better days'. For that reason I'm sad to say that I won't be needing using them again.
