Everything about the loan from Zopa has been straightforward and simple so far. The initial request was dealt with respectfully and it is clear, when logging into the account, what is left to pay and when. Simple, easy, straight talking, no jargon with a sprinkling of flexibility around repayments, what more could you ask for from a loan company.
