Seamless and Stress-free.

People often say that there is no such thing as perfection, but that is a misconception. It is a personal experience. I found the whole process faultless, and for me, Zopa has been just that—not once but twice. They were not intrusive and made all things required to apply clear and easy to understand. The fact that the funds were available almost immediately was met with gratitude. It was great to see they still had competitive interest rates and transparent terms. For this application, I had no need to communicate with their customer service, but I do recall needing to for my previous loan and finding it a pleasant experience. Had it not been, I most definitely would not have chosen Zopa for a second time. Thanks to Zopa, I was able to solve the matter for which I required the loan. I would love to give some constructive feedback, but I cannot give what is not required, hence my stating that I found the whole process perfect and faultless.
