My Zopa Loan experience. Among the best I've had.

My experience relating to my Zopa personal load was very good. Simple, straightforwad, and all done through the app. From within the app it told me exactly when I was eligible for the loan and within a matter of a few clicks the loan process was completed. Because of how simple and straightforward the process was I haven't had any reason to contact the customer services team which I think in itself is good value for money. Reviewed on: 5th March 2024

I had issues with my roof so needed a loan quite quickly! This company were easy to deal with I did everything Online and the funds were in my account within a couple of days.
