Quick, Simple, Open & Straightforward

As an existing Zopa customer i'd been delighted with the service & terms of my loan. So when it came time to apply for a second loan with a view to consolodating debt, there was no doubt who i was going to go to. As was the case first time around, the process couldn't have been simpler. The options were varied, but not complicated and a matter of minutes after i'd initiated my application i had an offer tailored to my needs. And before i knew it the funds were in my account. Repayments have been beyond reasonable and very manageable and i can say with complete honesty, should i need a loan again in the future, i'll be calling on Zopa. Reviewed on: 8th June 2017

Do not feel intimidated!

I felt that my application was treated seriously and fair. When the loan is running, you can check your position whenever you like and the flexibility is great to open and close loans is great. It was quick and easy to apply but the best thing is that you feel that you are communicating with colleagues and piers and you do not feel intimidated. Reviewed on: 8th June 2017
