Simple and great to use

I have move most of my retirement savings to Zopa. The app is so easy to use and to move money around. All communication is timely and uses language which is easy to understand. However, I have been most impressed by the increase in interest rates as soon as the Bank of England changes rates. The rates are more than competitive and I feel confident in having Zopa look after my money. Reviewed on: 11th January 2023

Best Banking Experience Ever

The whole experience of setting up the app and transferring money into the savings account was seamless and easy. Have been delighted with the way that Zopa have increased the savings interest rate quickly in line with BOE rates which means I’m getting one of the best rates available ( unlike my main bank who have so far not passed on any of the increases) The Smart Saver account allows me to have different “pots” of money with different access times and the app makes it easy to transfer funds in and out of each pot and move money around. Super simple savings account with great interest rates.

Fabulous app-centric savings account. Easy to use. Good rates and lots of flexibility to boost lots by locking money away for longer notice periods. It just works and gives some of the best interest rates around on savings. Reviewed on: 11th January 2023

Excellent Account and Service

I opened a savings account with Zopa because I was looking for an account that would provide a competitive interest rate but offer flexibility. Their smart saver gives me the best of both worlds as I can keep some money in an easy access account while moving some to a notice account to get slightly more interest.
