Great customer service I would have given it a 5, but it required a nurse visit and application took time. The customer service was superb and the price was very reasonable. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Appalling will never use again

A very long story which included a £2000 bed that had gone mouldy due to poor ventilation the bed was one year old before we had to throw it out We contacted Zurich who took over 2 weeks whilst we slept on the sofa for them to tell us that the mould was general wear and tear !!!! Seriously poor home insurance I had so much stress sorting all this that I just went and bought a cheap bed left Zurich and I'm with another insurance company Reviewed on: 11th November 2016

Claim for lost necklace

I had a diamond necklace worth £900 which had come off when cutting the grass,all I could find was a couple of strands of the fine gold chain.Contacted Zurich,I had to go back to the jewellers that I had bought it and get a valuation,they then paid out.It was a bit inconvenient as it was a 100 round trip and I had a receipt which they said wasn't adequate.Considering I'd had insurance with them for over ten years and had never made a claim I felt I had to prove to them that I wasn't making a fake claim.As it had been a present from my late husband I was obviously upset and they certainly didn't help.
