Great customer service I would have given it a 5, but it required a nurse visit and application took time. The customer service was superb and the price was very reasonable. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

House wall collapsed and they would not pay

Our house wall collapsed following a severe storm and Zurich have refused to pay the 42k rebuild costs leaving us in a freezing cold unsafe house for months. The claim started in a November 2022 and the appeal result today was still no we are not going to help us. Do not waste your money insuring with this terrible company they are not there when you need them. Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

Shocking customer service DO NOT BUY ZURICH

Simple claim for a broken TV has taken nearly 2 months so far and has not been resolved. Multiple phone calls and emails with no replies, information has all been provided and they have had the TV for over 6 weeks. I would not recommend Zurich to anyone. I even escalated a complaint and the advisor doesn't return calls or emails. This company is a joke. A simple update as to what's happening would be all that is needed. Good quality provider
