AVOID. Zuto illegally sell cars with multiple ou...

AVOID Zuto illegally sell cars with multiple outstanding safety recalls, then when something goes wrong they just expect you to prove there was in issue within 6 months and blank over the fact the manufacturer has said they broke the law by selling a car with safety recalls outstanding. Customer Care Team are really unhelpful, keep sending you the same prewritten emails, no compassion, absolutely no help. They tell you a car has full service history, them BMW says its never had a single service in its life. I'm now stuck with them while seeking legal advice, but I'll do everything I can to stop others being done over and will leave a fresh review every week till the finance is paid off. Great customer service.
