Not easy to change payment date and yo stop late fees

118 are good however i have had difficulty when trying to change payment date to when I am paid. They dont allow for any date after the 18th, I get paid the 20th meaning I was constantly being charged late fees as I couldn't always pay before. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I've been with 118-118 for a few months now, and my experience with them have been great so far! The app is very user friendly, communication is great, and overall a 10/10 experience so far.
