Overall good company woth helpful products and staff

I feel staff most of the time are helpful but it's a lottery if you get that person with the knowledge. In regards to value for money, the company could bring in lower rates.of APR for long term customers. Apart from that I have had a great experience over the years and they have helped so much. Love 118 118 Money

I just find I know where I stand with my credit card provider and am never issued with any unexpected charges or fees. Knowing how to use my credit card and what’s due when means I can always budget well monthly.
