They are way too expensive and their debit for diffe...

They are way too expensive and their debit for different charges is outrageous. They charge you for overdraft rather than stop you for using the card when you exhaust your credit limit. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026

I am finding it impossible to set up a direct debit,...

I am finding it impossible to set up a direct debit, app keeps saying "oops try again" even though my details are correct, then on live chat the person asked for my bank card details whilst trying to set up a direct debit. You don't need card details for direct debit, felt like a an employee was trying to scam me. Still to this day, no direct debit set up. Even when ringing its like speaking to someone with a script and if my issue isn't on their script they have no idea how to respond other than talk over you and be rude. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026
