118118 money, brilliant customer service

I have never had an issue with 118118, you can turn off automatic credit increases if you want to manage your money, customer service has been good and extremely helpful, each time I have had the need to ring, they have answered my query quickly, smoothly and with a pleasant tone. Online they are very good however the call centre is totally different quality.. Unhelpful and the introduction when you initially call is terrible. The background music is deplorable and it feels like your going to lose connection. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
