118 118 to the Rescue?

I genuinely believe that 118 has your best interest at heart. When you report a problem regarding a transaction, they resolve it expeditiously by contacting the merchant on your behalf and cancelling what needs to be cancelled such as future payments or subscriptions. Whilst they may cancel a future transaction, they advise you to also contact the merchant to terminate subscriptions. Although 118 118 Money is a business, I don't believe that they're unscrupulous or financial exploiters of those with poor credit rating. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
