I have found each time that I have had an enquiry answered efficiently. Only one thing which is puzzling, you have made me an offer of a loan, and each time I have applied there is an error with my bank account details and I have to re- enter. So I have given up now. I have spoken to customer services and a ticket has been raised, to see what the problem is as of now I have not received and feed back. I do keep receiving emails to complete my application.
