Good card , even better app

I have been using the card for few years now & I find it very good, the rates are standard, app is very user friendly easy to navigate, I like the most when I make a payment from my linked debit card it takes less than 24 hours in most cases within few hours balance get updated so it means you get to use the paid amount too, only improvement I would like to suggest is after using it few years the 118118 company should have reduced the rate by few percent for loyalty.
