Attention is needed to improve the after sales care

The chat portal takes an age to connect with somebody and if you do and don’t respond within a short period of time, the agent closes the chat. Support via the phone is equally as poor, agents that don’t speak English as their 1st language causes challenges together with lack of procedural knowledge. Took me 8 months to get someone to change my address because I wasn’t able to edit it on the app which caused me to keep having my card blocked! The actual product is good but attention is needed to improve the after sales care Reviewed on: 4th April 2026
