I have a credit card and loan with 118 money and I decided I could afford to close my loan easily and they gave me a settlement figure straight away and my loan was closed off my account as soon as I paid it, Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

A very good services

118 118 does not provides the most lower interest rate out there but is still a very good rate in comparison with some of the credit lenders. I like email communication with 118 118, they very informative. Had never spoken to any representative of customer service so can't comment on it, but I'm certain the staff are professional, supportive and helpful. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
