I asked for a settlement fee for my loan, I pay the ammount asked for, but they said they had to pay me £10 back first which would take between 2 and 24 hours to receive that was 7 days ago and have contacted them 3 times now and got different stories each time also the app is showing i still owe £7.99 which wont go to zero until I get the £10 back, its now looking like they are going to say i have missed a payment even though ive paid the money they asked for!!!! I applied for a loan put in the whole of my card details so they can clearly hack in to my account ! Or take money from me now and couldn’t offer me a loan but might able to in the future for a company that claims it’s good for bad credit I beg to differ !
