Ok for an emergency

Fast an easy, costs were all clear, however during application it said i could make extra payments to lower term/ total cost, after the loan this feature is not available... i would not of used 118 had i.known this as the apr is very high. I have used 118 118 Money a number of times over the years and have always found their process and customer service 2nd to none. I have always been able to select the most suitable repayment dates and have always been able to get an early repayment quote very swiftly when ready to pay the loan off early. Was easy to set up and easy to use.I find it good that information is sent regarding deals and support is offered when needed.I have had no issues with the app or contact when needed.I have a personal loan with 118 and pay off extra when you want and see your money paid off earlier if you want which is great.
