Staff issue

Great company for helping you out when you need a loan. My issue with this company is that every member of staff i have ever spoken to, online chat and over the phone are unfortunately for the company very pushy and very rude. Excellent Customer Service

I took out a personal loan to replace my car but was suddenly left in financial difficulty following maternity leave payment problems. 118 were great with me and helped me out with my payments immensely. I am so grateful! Reviewed on: 7th May 2017

It was ok

Nothing special to say, gear yourself up to be pushed into to getting a loan. They do keep your loan open for a week or so but as you always seem to be taking to someone in America they can be a bit pushy at times. Customer service is typically American Reviewed on: 24th April 2017
