I asked for a settlement fee for my loan, I pay the ammount asked for, but they said they had to pay me £10 back first which would take between 2 and 24 hours to receive that was 7 days ago and have contacted them 3 times now and got different stories each time also the app is showing i still owe £7.99 which wont go to zero until I get the £10 back, its now looking like they are going to say i have missed a payment even though ive paid the money they asked for!!!!
