Re mortgage

We are re mortgaging completion fingers crossed tomorrow. I telephoned with a few quires. I got straight though! No horrid music, lovely lady on the phone, talked as if we we old friends. Very friendly and sorted everything out. These days you are on hold wherever you are, it was just a shock not to be. Makes a refreshing change. Thank you Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Personal touch

In todays world of impersonal call centres and online chat whereby common sense and any degree of reasonable understanding is all but lost, Chorley strikes a balance to retain all that used to be good in banking whilst looking ahead. I honestly don’t know any other organisation that has held on to the personal touch and long may it continue. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Professional Mortgage Provider After Retirement

I was looking for a Mortgage after having to take early retirement at 55+years and had convinced myself that it would not be possible. I contacted Chorley Building Society and they reassured me that it was possible and at an affordable monthly amount! A building society that works like a community

The house we wanted had been rejected by high street lenders due to its size and scope and Chorley looked at us and the house individually rather than just the numbers on a spreadsheet. They looked after us and checked in on us all through the process. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
