Just the best

We have had our mortgage with Chorley for many years this is our second mortgage house with them we sold our first house and decided to stay with them they are always at the end of the phone to speak to they go out of there way to help you with excellent customer care can’t fault Chorley excellent in all aspects Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Excellent caring service

The service at Chorley is of the highest standard. Staff really care about helping you and answer any questions swiftly and in a way that ensures you understand everything and ultimately guide and help you to make the best possible decisions when choosing your mortgage. Outstanding customer service

It is so refreshing to be able to deal with a financial institution where you can ask for somebody by name and have consistent and efficient service. Chorley have been nothing short of excellent in setting up our new mortgage and responding to subsequent enquiries. When it was time to renew at the end of the fixed rate deal I refused to move provider due to the quality of service and the trust I have in them to do a good job.
