Kind, patient and very knowledgeable customer service

Last week I set up a Chorley Building Society regular monthly savings account. But somehow I got myself in a pickle earlier today trying to access it via the Chorley Online Portal. I phoned up and was taken through everything by a very patient, and kind, but most importantly a very knowledgeable person by the name of Julie. I received excellent customer service from Julie and I'm now very much online with Chorley and able to view my savings via the online portal. Good phone customer service

Online information and paperwork in the post was unhelpful but good customer service on the phone helped me access my savings account and request a transfer of my funds. Amanda was very helpful and took multiple calls until my issue was resolved. Reviewed on: 20th January 2026

I have used the same savings account for a few years...

I have used the same savings account for a few years and I asked if this was the best one for me with regards to interest etc... was advised of a couple of options, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. As I did not want to make an on the spot decision she kindly gave me printouts in order that I may peruse my options at my convenience. Was satisfied with my visit. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
