I always use Key House because it's easy to park. The staff I have met are always smart and attentive. They are also very knowledgeable and very helpful. there is usually no queue to the counter, so I never have to wait too long for assistance. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

I have used the same savings account for a few years...

I have used the same savings account for a few years and I asked if this was the best one for me with regards to interest etc... was advised of a couple of options, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. As I did not want to make an on the spot decision she kindly gave me printouts in order that I may peruse my options at my convenience. Was satisfied with my visit. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

The fact that it is still in Leyland as so many banks are closing down. Not everyone can do banking online. We have been with you since 1973 and always been happy. Reviewed on: 14th November 2025

to transfer some money for a purchase which...

I needed to transfer some money for a purchase which Joyce at the leyland branch was excellent. She helped me to set up an online account so i could excess the money by the following morning. I would recommend Joyce for any advice and help. She was so lovely explained everything didn’t make me feel silly that I couldn’t set it up myself.
