Good phone customer service

Online information and paperwork in the post was unhelpful but good customer service on the phone helped me access my savings account and request a transfer of my funds. Amanda was very helpful and took multiple calls until my issue was resolved. Reviewed on: 20th January 2026

I have used the same savings account for a few years...

I have used the same savings account for a few years and I asked if this was the best one for me with regards to interest etc... was advised of a couple of options, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. As I did not want to make an on the spot decision she kindly gave me printouts in order that I may peruse my options at my convenience. Was satisfied with my visit. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Top notch service.
