There is no questions asked. Its very private opening later on Sat. Maybe till 2pm. 12 is not good if people can't get in branch in week due to work commitments. Send out more letters about different options with regard to bank accounts and interest e.g. which is best account for customer's needs. Reviewed on: 16th November 2022

Julie Rigby was excellent and sorted out my problem quickly. However, I did not receive any notification that the account I opened had been closed and transferred to an account paying minimal interest.
