Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

When I rang up for information, the adviser was very helpful & friendly. She was efficient, too because the package of info arrived the next day. The only reason I havent given 10 for recommendation is that online access for withdrawals by BACS is important to me. Reviewed on: 31st May 2022
