Email states enter 10 digit account number. Email states enter 10 digit account number. Only provided with a 8 digit number. Not a good start. So can not log on. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

Personal, professional service. Quick to respond, giving, allocate independant financial advisers, a very swift " no fuss" transaction. Much better experience over the phone/post than I received here in Dorset with other bank/societies in branch Reviewed on: 10th October 2020
