Although interest rates are low - your's are better than most. Like being able to order app forms via phone / post. Rapid turnaround when app forms hand delivered by third party. You could save money by only sending the passbook in an A5 envelope - rather than the B6 welcome pack each time. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019

Local building society that offers good savings rates. Cannot think of anything you could do to make my experience better, except for more user-friendly application form as you are the only building society to ask for annual income / relatives in position of authority.
