It's not easy to get things done as I'd wish - I wanted to transfer into new accounts but not possible - it has to be taken out and put back! I wanted a withdrawal straight to my current account - also not possible Reviewed on: 5th August 2019

I came into Branch to find out my options following your closure notice on my type of account. I feel that you could have included all these options with the postal closure notice for me to consider instead of proposing just one single option for account transfer. Reviewed on: 4th August 2019
