Having struggled to login online I contacted your office and spoke with Tracey. What a credit to your company she is. Very helpful, super professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately as I couldn’t find my account number I had to go to the branch. The staff there, namely Tracey, Morgan and George were brilliant. They couldn’t have been better and definitely gave a five star service and I will be recommending CBS in the future. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025

I have only dealt with you by phone and my experience was good because the person I dealt with spoke good, clear English and listened to me and was helpful and acted immediately by emailing the form I required. My book was freturned requiring a signature for safety which I appreciated. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
