Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Doing it well and Getting it Right

The staff are always efficient and helpful, and most importantly they are kind and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. The Chorley puts the customer at the heart of everything they do. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Good savings rates at my local branch

They offer very competitive interest rates on savings accounts and there is a branch where I live, whereas my bank branch will shortly be closing. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
