They stay open until 5pm, the staff talk to you at the counter and try to help you - unlike Santander and Halifax where they push you to the cash machines. Reviewed on: 17th November 2023

Amanda, who I believe is based at the High Street branch in Chorley is so helpful and polite when I telephone Chorley Building Society, it is a delight for me should I be lucky enough for her to answer the telephone call. She is a real credit to the Society and always able to answer my questions. Train everybody to Amanda's standards!. Reviewed on: 9th November 2023
