Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

You always get the friendly personal service from Chorley Building Society. It is not a big chain so I feel every customer is valued. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

First class advice and service from friendly, knowledgeble face to face staff

Whenever I go in to the branch office to update my account books I am always met with a smile and given excellent advice. This has included advising me to change my then savings account to one which would provide me with better interest. I have always felt that my custom was valued and I have stayed with the Chorley and District for 41 years because of this personal service. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
