My online Monument account was very easy to set up. The instructions were clear and am extremely happy with the service I'm being given. Monument don't push products at you constantly like other banks. When you log in they have suggestions which I really like. I will be opening other accounts with them once I have the funds to do so. I have had an excellent experience with Monument.

I have had an excellent experience with Monument. A great App, simple but efficient with full and complete information regarding my account, the interest accrued and everything is there at a glance. The thing that really impressed me is that when you deposit or withdraw the transaction is almost instantaneous and the deposit starts to earn interest and the withdrawal is there to use.
