Still excellent service

I’ve been with the Northern bank since it started up in the Pendle area. I can’t fault them for their service, whether saving or loans. I do use the App but also for the ‘face to face’ and ability to speak to someone on the phone when necessary. Thank you for all your work over the years. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

A bank for people, not profit.

Northern Community Bank is a bank for people, not profit. It provides good outreach and communication at all times and offers excellent interest rates for savers while nurturing borrowers. I especially appreciate the fact that earlier this year the bank shared its year-end profits among customers rather than keeping the money for itself. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Northern Community Bank a very great bank.

I save a set amount each month by standing order. My savings are increasing gradually towards my funeral costs. I also know that, should I require it, I can access a loan on a short term basis with a low level of interest. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
